3. Who can sign up on your website?

Our website is designed for students to help prepare for GCSEs in the United Kingdom. If you or your child is studying for GCSE, you can sign up on the website to benefit from our offerings like the mock exams.

4. Are the mock exams online or downloadable?

A-Star Tuitions currently only offers timed online mock exams which are not downloadable. Our exams consist of timed online multiple choice style question papers (where the student will need to do some ‘offline’ calculations and application of their GCSE course work) to select the best available option. Therefore you will be able to practice online without having to download the papers. On completing your purchase on our website, we will email you the date when your online exam will be available to attempt online.

5. Will I get my scores for each paper I attempt on your website?

On clicking ‘Submit’ at the end of each session, depending on the Type of product chosen, you will either be sent a total percentage score only (Type A) or marked up question paper (Type B) with correct options for any incorrectly attempted questions. You will be sent this via email.

6. What if my internet connection fails during the exam, will a refund be offered to me?

A reliable internet connection must be available for the exam – so please test this beforehand. No refunds will be offered once exam link has been sent to students.

We will contact you to confirm the email ID.
