Number – Approximation; Financial mathematics; Laws of indices; Whole numbers; Decimals; Fractions; Converting between fractions, decimals, percentages; Standard form; Surds. Ratio, proportion and rates of change – Percentages; Direct and inverse proportion. Probability. Problem solving – algebraic; geometric; graphical; number; statistical problems. Statistics – collecting; analysing and representing data.
This is a timed exam and needs to be completed in one continuous attempt. The student/parents must ensure there is reliable internet connection before starting the exam. On submission of this online exam, students will receive their total percentage marks achieved and marked up incorrect questions/answers showing the correct answer via email within 24 – 48 hours of submitting the exam.
